Central Register concerning
Any natural person may access the data handled in the Central Register concerning their statements on free cash withdrawals.
To access their proprietary data, customers are required to request “proprietary credit reports” in the case of the KHR, and “proprietary cash withdrawal statement reports” in the case of the Central Register. These reports include all information held on record in the KHR and the Central Register about the person requesting the report.
ACCESS TO STATEMENT DATA IN THE CENTRAL REGISTER
The aim of the Central Register is to enable, in the interest of providing an opportunity for the lawful exercise of the right of free cash withdrawals, the identification of the number and times of statements or revocations made by the declarant, and in the case of statements made to statement data providers (financial institutions), to enable the identification of the statement pursuant to which the declarant is entitled to a service free of any fees and charges under Section 36/A(1) of Act LXXXV of 2009 (Payment Services Act).
Where the declarant wishes to access the statement data held on record about them in the Central Register, they may do so by requesting a so-called proprietary cash withdrawal statement report. The proprietary cash withdrawal statement report provides accurate information on the statement data held on record about the requestor in the Central Register.
Requestors may submit their requests directly via their statement data providers in person, by post, fax or e-mail, or via us by post, fax or e-mail. Information is provided to declarants by post in sealed envelopes, or by e-mail.
Procedure for requesting and delivering proprietary cash withdrawal statement reports

Based on their official documents acceptable as proof of identity, the declarant completes the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report form.

The declarant may submit their request in person, by post, e-mail or fax, or in a document served by another party.

By initiating the appropriate transaction, the statement data provider forwards the request to BISZ Zrt.

Based on the transaction received, BISZ Zrt. produces the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report within 5 days.

According to the declarant’s choice, BISZ Zrt. sends the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report either electronically in a compressed and password-protected e-mail attachment, or in a paper-based form by posting a sealed envelope to the centre of the statement data provider submitting the transaction.

If sent by post, the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report is forwarded to the requestor by the statement data provider within 3 days of delivery, in unopened form, with a certificate of delivery attached.

Declarants wishing to request their proprietary cash withdrawal statement reports via BISZ Zrt. may do so by completing and submitting their requests with the content provided for in our Terms of Service, or using the form available at the bottom of this page.

Requests for proprietary cash withdrawal statement reports may be submitted by post, e-mail or fax.

Based on the request received, BISZ Zrt. produces the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report for the declarant within 5 business days.

According to the declarant’s choice of delivery method indicated in the request form, BISZ Zrt. sends the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report either electronically in a compressed and password-protected e-mail attachment, or by posting the document to the declarant’s mailing address, with a certificate of delivery attached.
Information on proprietary cash withdrawal statement reports delivered electronically
When reporting data to e-mail addresses, BISZ Zrt. sends the generated proprietary cash withdrawal statement report to the requestor’s e-mail address in PDF format, which can be read using Adobe Reader. In every case, the report is compressed using WinZip, and is password-protected.
Accordingly, opening the attachment requires applications suitable for decompressing the .zip file (e.g. WinZip), and for displaying PDF (e.g. Adobe Reader). Where these applications are not installed on the declarant’s computer, it is recommended to download free versions from the internet.
Information on the method of generating the password required for opening the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report is given to the declarant by e-mail.
Requestors are reminded of the risks in using the internet. In the case of electronic delivery, BISZ Zrt. does not check whether the e-mail address provided by the declarant is correct. BISZ Zrt. is not liable for any failed delivery resulting from e-mail addresses specified incorrectly. BISZ Zrt. excludes any liability for damage resulting from the opening of the attachment or its incompatibility with any programs running on the user’s computer, or from any internet virus or other internet threat. BISZ Zrt. is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from the use of any e-mail accounts by persons other than the owner, or the unauthorised use of passwords.
With regard to the foregoing, please use extra care when managing the e-mail account specified as your delivery address.
In the event of failed delivery resulting from an incorrectly specified e-mail address, the declarant is required to submit a new request to receive their report.
Information on proprietary cash withdrawal statement reports delivered by post
Where the declarant submits a request for their proprietary cash withdrawal statement report via a statement data provider, BISZ Zrt. will return the response generated on the basis of the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report transaction in printed form in a sealed envelope to the centre of the statement data provider submitting the transaction. The sealed and intact envelope containing the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report issued for the declarant is forwarded by the statement data provider’s administrator to the mailing address provided by the declarant, posted with a certificate of delivery attached.
Where the declarant submits a request for their proprietary cash withdrawal statement report directly via us, we will send the report directly to the mailing address specified in the request.
In the case of postal delivery, where the proprietary cash withdrawal statement report sent with a certificate of delivery is not collected by the declarant and is returned to the statement data provider or BISZ Zrt., the report will be destroyed upon return. Following destruction of the report, the declarant is required to submit a new request to receive their proprietary cash withdrawal statement report.
